Introduction
Registry Affiliation allows sharing of your confidential results with a third party organization ("registry").
Selection of affiliation indicates your consent for VGL to share your information in accordance with the policy. This is non-revocable, and the registry or registries will forever after have access to the records. They may update the record and request additional testing on the sample for any future usage including identity and parentage verification.
Selection of the primary affiliation determines the first three letters of the VGL case number that is assigned.
